Hello.
Sorry, my German is not so good. Is it ok if I'll ask in English?
I have constant problem with connection. The speed is ok, but I have this speed 1 time of 10. So, to get a page loaded I have to constantly hit Reload button in my browser
Does this modem information look ok for you? I'm worried about Channel ID #2 with higher SNR ratio and enormous amount of Corrected and Uncorrected words.
The "SNR" (Signal To Noise Ratio) on four frequencies is too low, especially on 554 and 570 MHz (Channel-ID 2 and 4). It seems like a irradiation of a terrestrial signal broadcasted in your region into the cable network.
Maybe it's already enough to change the cable between the antenna socket and your router, but the reason of the irradiation can also be a leaky cabling in the house...

"irradiation"? I think that's called "ingress". The ingress "profile" of channels 31, 33 and 47 shows that he's apparently in Berlin or its surroundings. Maybe even close to one of the transmitter locations at Alexanderplatz, Scholzplatz and Schäferberg.

That's correct. I'm from Berlin, but pretty far away from that points. I located on the south -- Tempelhof and so far, if it helps.
I sent the stats to Vodafone, let's see how do they reply. What would be your recommendations so far? My cable between socket and modem is quite short, around 1m. Does it make sense to change it?
UPD: A question about the signal ingress. Can it be caused by wi-fi router nearby the cable modem or by power cables? They are really close together.
