Verbindungsprobleme des Motorola-Modems (Error 4961)

Moin,

seid gestern Abend brach die Internetverbindung ständig zusammen. Die Telefonleitung benutzen wir noch nicht, vielleicht funktionierte diese weiterhin.
Heute Morgen habe ich das Modem (Motorola SURFboard SBV5121E) per USB und später auch nur übers Netzwerk über die Adresse http://192.168.100.1 angesprochen. Der Benutzername lautet natürlich "Admin", das Passwort ist nur "Motorola".
Eben habe ich mir die Logs, das Signal und die Hardwareeigenschaften angesehen:
