I'm not sure if I'm posting in the right thread, really tried to not mess around. As you probably noticed I'm not speaking German good enough to post in here in your language, apologize for that.
Anyway today i faced a problem with my internet from KD, my internet lag and every few secs i get freeze, tried to clean comp from everything but my antivirus didn't find anything, this are the logs from WinMTR, can you please let me know if something in here is not ok, and if so how can i describe that to the help desk with my crappy language.

it looks like a Problem on you Local LAN or WLAN.
Try to Restart you Router and/or Modem and then try WinMTR again on the following host 178.63.248.2 and post again your WinMTR stats.

I have no clue where you get the idea from the issue might be lan / wlan related, there is obviously a high jitter in latency on the WAN link could be anything from a bad wlan connection over a flaky modem to an overloaded segment.
