DVB-C USB dongle zu empfehlen fur TV im PC schauen?
Zurzeit habe ich DVB-T dongle mit RTL2832 aber ich denke ist nicht möglich mit SDR programme DVB-C schauen

You can't use a DVB-T receiver for DVB-C as they use an incompatible physical layer.
And the RT2832 chip is definitely not usable for DVB-C reception as the maximum band with in SDR mode is limited to 3.2 MHz whilst you would need at least 6.9 MHz (better more) for DVB-C reception (6.9 Megasymbols per second = 6.9 MHz band with of the SAM signal).

So you definitely need a DVB-C capable stick for DVB-C reception (of unencrypted channels). Encrypted channels like RAI need additional hardware for decoding (CAM, CI-Module, SmartCard).
