Es kommt selten mal zu einem verminderten Downstream und hohen Pings. Dann half bei mir meistens ein Kanal Wechsel. Nach Modem Neustart lande ich immer auf 570 MHz. Kann aber auch auf 578 Mhz und 562 MHz wechseln. Seit 8.8.2011 bekomme ich nun auch eine 31.x.x.x IP zugewiesen.

ich verwende kein BitTorrent. Aber FTP-Downloads / Uploads von lokal zu verschiedensten Servern mit ausreichender Bandbreite sind ebenfalls wie bei den Speedtest extrem ausgebremst
