Weiß einer von den intern Informierten was da wirklich los ist ... den dummen Kunden wird ja nix detailliertes gesagt ...
Mir wurde vor ~2 Wochen gesagt das es da wohl ein Rückkanalstörer schuld wäre ... aber das war vor Wochen und das Problem ist nicht besser sondern schlimmer geworden.

Das war am 2.2.12 ... seitdem habe ich inzwischen den ganzen Tag unter 1 Mbit ... oder halt mal 15 min nichtmal das weil das Modem scannt ...
Bin doch etwas frustriert ^^ da das jetzt schon in die 6te Woche geht ...
Das müsste man doch messen können ... oder sehe ich das falsch ...
Ich mein die Nummer geht über 6 Wochen ... da kann man ne Menge messen ...
Zumindestens eingrenzen muss man das Problem doch können ...
Fühlt sich an wie ne Amputation so ohne Internet ... Da fängt man an Fernzusehen und da beginnt das Grauen ja erst so richtig.
Das grenzt ja schon an Hirnschädigung was einem das so per TV zugemutet wird ...
Klar kann man das messen, in der Regel werden Kabelstränge abgeklemmt (Strassen(teile)), dann geguckt ist der Fehler noch da... etc bis runter zur einzelnen Wohneinheit.
